Juniata River
General Description
A tributary of the Susquehanna River, the Juniata River runs approximately 90
miles through several scenic mountain ranges.
The Juniata is a popular destination for canoeing and fishing for bass, walleye,
muskellunge, panfish, catfish and perch.
Seasonal flat-water paddling opportunities
can be enjoyed by individuals and families interested in single or multi-day river trips.
