Black Moshannon Lake A 250-acre lake in Black Mosshannon State Park with three boat launches and 90 mooring spaces in the State College Destination Area. Canoe Lake This 155-acre lake in Canoe Creek State Park in the Altoona Destination Area offers boat launches on either side of the lake with morring spaces along the eastern shore. Glendale Lake The 1,600-acre Glendale Lake in Prince Gallitzin State Park in the Johnstown Destination Area has nine public boat launching areas and three public mooring facilities. Laurence J. Perez Lake A 72-acre lake with 1.2 miles of shoreline in Penn State University’s Stone Valley Recreation Area in the State College Destination Area. Raystown Lake Owned and operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers, this 8,300 acre lake has 7 boat launches along 28 miles of navigable water fed by the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River in the Raystown Lake Destination Area. Whipple Lake A 22-acre lake with one boat launch and mooring area in the State College Destination Area. Youghiogheny River Lake Six boat launches serve this 2,840-acre Army Corps of Engineers lake that straddles the Mason-Dixon Line in the Laurel Highlands Destination Area.
